For the past 20+ years I have been guiding and coaching teams and departments in making substantial improvements happen sustainably. By transferring knowledge, building skills, guiding in approach, methods, tools and application, I have supported over 60 teams,  close to 100 leaders and their ± 1000 colleagues to implement change successfully.Â
